Pipe installation in the chemical and power industry

Company  EXMONT INVEST spol.s r.o.

is involved in prefabrication an installation of piping and equipment in chemical plant and refineries. 

Piping prefabrication is placed at Exmont shops in Bratislava ,Domkarska street (own property)  or directly on construction site in temperary facilities shops

The capacity at Exmont shop  is  1400m2 of productive area equipme with bridge crane 5t.

Internal storing area has capacity of 600m2

and external 1800m2 

Piping prefabrication in welding proce s is usedTIG 141 or SMAW 111 or its combination.

Material group covered by  PQR are  P1,P4,P8 and Superduplex

For equipment and piping installation the company is used own lifitng equipment up to 20t or rented incl.own trucks up to 8,0 t. 

For plastic piping welding the company is involved in welding of PEHD piping up to 350mm equiped with +GF+ welding equipment.
